Howdy! May was such a wonderful month filled with wildlife sightings by guests, Brad and me. May truly is the best time to see wildlife as they come out from the winter hibernation. The weather can be “iffy” ranging from sunny and 60's to snow and cold but our guests made the best of the situation.
June is a wonderful time of transition to nicer weather and increased guest visits. Graduations and weddings generally take place in the beginning but by mid June when schools are dismissed for the summer increased traffic to Jackson Hole is expected. From end of June to mid August is considered the high season for this area so don't delay too long to make your reservations with us. Our guests will attest to the publicized advantage of our location as ideal. We are one block off the main street creating quietness as well as easy walking distance to the town square and best restaurants. Another advantage is we are 12 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to the entrance of Grand Teton Park. Jackson Hole visitors cente
r is just around the corner from Grand Victorian Lodge for all the information you would need.
I have enjoyed making breakfast each morning while my husband Brad helps with serving and busing. On some of the mornings he makes his delicious fruit smoothies and guests eat every drop of it. Yesterday I made fresh peanut butter oatmeal cookies for our afternoon cookie, tea and coffee time. What is fun is taking the cookies and tea out on our front or back porches with a good book, computer or just taking in the sunshine. Our desire is to make your visit to Jackson Hole memorable and relaxing. You all need time to rejuvenate and refresh yourselves, even vacations can be stressful.
We have new pictures of our rooms coming soon so watch for them!! Come see Jackson Hole, Grand Teton Park and Yellowstone……..they are majestic !!!!
Verse thought for the day: ” Show me Your ways, O LORD; teach me Your paths. Lead me in Your truth and teach me, for You are the God of my salvation; on You I wait all the day.” Psa. 25:4-5
