Breakfast at the Grand Victorian Lodge is an event not to be missed. Thomas, our Certified Chef as well as your Host has 40 years experience in the restaurant and lodging industry. He is a former Executive Chef of 11 years and has owned his own successful restaurant along with his wife Nancy when they lived in Michigan. Thomas is formally trained, received his degree in Culinary Arts and served as an apprentice and chef for the Westin International Hotel in Detroit.

You will certainly enjoy how your breakfast service is provided. Each day of your stay, each person will receive his or her own personal menu. Every meal is indivudually prepared, expertly arranged and beautifully presented. On each menu are three main entrees. These change every day. You can also select from a number of beverages and side offerings. Custom select your choices, then choose among a variety of times. We know that with scheduled early events or tours, or if you were out late enjoying the nightlife you can have your meals within those times that suits you best.

The Grand Victorian Lodge has a formal dining room where you can meet and converse with the other guests or spend a little time with your hosts who always make themselves available for you.

Breakfast in your room? We do offer in-room breakfast service during off
season only (October through May). The charge for in-room breakfast
is $15 per day.
Special Diet? Chef Thomas can be helpful with his extensive background in many areas of nutrition.
As you can see we want to treat you the best we can. you may be our guests when you arrive but you will certainly become our friends before you leave.
