POLICY & TERMS

• * Rates are based on double occupancy with a free home cooked seated breakfast.
• * Upon reserving your room, 50% of the total stay will be charged to your credit card at the the time of booking, and will guarantee your reservation with us here at the Grand Victorian Lodge. The remaining 50% balance can be paid upon your arrival.
• * There is a non-refundable fee of $50.00 per room for all cancelled reservations outside of 30 days prior to arrival. This includes any partial cancellation of the original reservation. Cancellations within the 30 day period will forfeit the entire reservation amount. If the room can be re-rented for the entire reservation time then we will refund the deposit minus the $50 cancellation fee.
• * Check-in time is 3 pm – 9 pm please. Check-out is 11 am. Please let us know ahead of time if you will be arriving later than 9pm, so that we are able to make arrangements for your check in.
• * We are unable to accommodate pets.
• * All of our facilities are non-smoking.
• * Free On-site guest parking is available.
